Glass casting

We can utilize a discontinuous crucible melting process in order to melt as little as 0.3 liter of glass. Our test melt facility can supply sample lots as small as 0.5 liter for evaluation; upon customer acceptance, we can then melt production quantities. Then we can melt as little as1.2liter,20liter, 40liter of glass by using semi-continuous method. During the melting production, we have the capacity to form the glass into a variety of shapes and sizes that lend themselves to further processing. These shapes include rods, slabs, rolled sheets, and strip glass, among others.

LLG is able to melt glass for a customer's specified composition, or to develop a glass to meet a customer's requirements. our discontinuous and continuous melting processes allow us to produce virtually any melting volume specified.
